We can't wait...

for our new motorway to open between the Upper Harbour bridge and Albany! The Greenhithe onramp is just around the corner from us and it will be so quick for me to zip along to Albany and the motorway on ramp from Constellation Drive when it does open. Patrick and I like to explore when we go walking and since it is all but completed, last night we decided to walk the deserted motorway from home to Albany and back (about 1.7km each way). So much fun...it was so big and deserted I felt like running and dancing down the middle lane lol! George showed off all the way leaping backwards and forwards over the medium barrier and I had to have a go at balancing and walking along it too...once in a lifetime opportunity wouldn't you say?
